7. Narrative Description:
This is a relatively well preserved story-and-a-half gable front residence (17.6x29.6, 516 square
feet) with a single store rear addition (12.6x14) and a west-facing side porch. The foundation is of
stone. There are five rooms and two bedrooms. The house retains its hip roof front porch and original
wood siding. The interior was completely replaced c.1984-87.

The Assessor dates this building to +/- 1880. This frame house was extant by 1891 (125
Rhomberg). It was numbered 525 Rhomberg by 1909.
