Narrative Description: It appears that this cottage has already been demolished. It was oriented sideways on its lot which is of some interest. Its entrance was on the south side and was centered on the plan. This was a 1.5- story cottage plan. The core plan was square (20 feet on a side) with a west addition that aligned with the north wall (12 feet wide, 20 feet deep). A side porch (20 feet long, eight feet wide) paralled that addition along the south side. Originally there was a southwest addition no gone. The porch appears by 1934 and the addition was gone by 1950. The assessor likely noted the addition as a 10 feet by 11 feet shed, on the alley front in the early 1950s.
