Narrative Description: This two-story frame gable front duplex fronts east to Prince Street. It consists of two separately owned parcels. The core building, a rectangle split in equal halves, measures 28 feet in width and 28 feet in depth. The south half of the plan has the usual centered rear single-story rear wing with a centered rear porch (four by five feet), a rear porch that runs across the rear wing's west wall, and a corner porch (12 feet by four feet) that covers its south side. The north half of the plan has several unusual extensions. Most unusual is a wrap-around porch along the east 25 feet of the north side of the core, it is 7.5 feet in width. The rear wing has a north extension that projects beyond even the aforementioned porch, by nine feet from the north sidewall proper. The west wall of this extension aligns with the back porch on the rear wing. The extensions are 23 feet wide and 20 feet long. An eight feet by 20 feet shed was noted by the Assessor, c.1950-70. Like the duplex to the north, the entrances are on the outside corners of the facade. The facade retains its full complement of windows, with four windows on the upper front. Twin front attic round vents likely mark the former locations of attic windows.
