CITY COUNCIL PROCEEDINGS
SPECIAL SESSION

Council met in special session at 6:30 p.m. on February 18, 2014 in the Historic
Federal Building.
Present: Mayor Buol, Council Members Braig, Connors, Jones, Lynch, Resnick,
Sutton; City Manager Michael Van Milligen
Absent:
Mayor Buol read the call and stated this is a special session of the City Council called
for the purpose of discussing various City departmental Fiscal Year 2015 budgets.
FISCAL YEAR 2015 DEPARTMENTAL BUDGET REVIEW
Fiscal Year 2015 City departmental budgets were presented by staff from the
following departments:
Water Department: Bob Green, Water Plant Manager
Water & Resource Recovery Center: Jonathan Brown, W&RRC Manager
Public Works: Don Vogt, Public Works Director
Engineering Department: Gus Psihoyus, City Engineer; and Deron Muehring,
The City Council had discussion with staff following each presentation.
There being no further business, upon motion the City Council adjourned at 8:41 p.m.
