safety issues related to the
various parking violations
and whether or not raising
the fines would prove to
be a deterrent. The mo-
tion was amended to ap-
prove the City Manager's
recommendations except
that the fine for a snow
route violation would be in-
creased to thirty dollars
$30.00 if paid within (30)
calendar days of the date
of the violation and thirty-
five dollars ($35.00) if not
paid within thirty days.
