This is a claim in which the claimant alleges that the windshield of his vehicle was
damaged while parked near 180 Main Street, after the Fire Department sprayed water
on a nearby dumpster which was on fire.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the Iowa
Communities Assurance Pool.
