This is a claim in which the claimant alleges that as his vehicle was parked in front of
1678 McPoland Avenue, a City of Dubuque snowplow lost control and veered off to the
right, striking and damaging claimant's vehicle.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the Iowa
Communities Assurance Pool.
