Vehicle Damage
This is a claim in which the claimant alleges that as he was stopped at a red light at the
intersection of 14th and White Streets, he attempted to turn right onto 14th Street from
White Street when his vehicle was struck by a City of Dubuque Police squad car. The
squad car was also attempting to make a right turn onto 14th Street from White Street.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the Iowa
Communities Assurance Pool.
