This is a claim in which the claimant alleges that as his van was parked in front of 1755
Delhi Street, a City of Dubuque Keyline bus struck and damaged the driver's side mirror
of claimant's vehicle.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the Iowa
Communities Assurance Pool.
