Dear Jeanne:
A new year has started for the Mediacom Cultural Affairs Charitable Foundation of
Dubuque, Inc. Our former Board of Director members Rebecca Fabricious and Richard
Hall terms have expired. These two members were appointed by the City Council
according to our bylaws of the foundation.
I would like to request that the City Council of Dubuque appoint two new members to
serve on the Mediacom Cultural Affairs Charitable Foundation of Dubuque, Inc. Board
members take an active role in the selection process for awarding grants to applicants that
apply to our foundation.
I am requesting that you put this on the City Council agenda as soon as possible. Thank
