Re: Historic Preservation Revolving Loan Program
Dear Mayor and City Council Members:
Premier Bank is respectfully requesting the City of Dubuque to expand the boundaries of the Historic
Preservation Revolving Loan Fund to include the Old Main Historic District and properties that have
received Individual Historic Designation. We feel that by expanding the boundaries, the funds provided by
Premier Bank can more fully assist in the preservation of our historic treasurers. We respect the hard work
and dedication of the City Council and the Historic Preservation Commission, and look forward to your
