To the City Clerk of Dubuque, Iowa:
Please consider this my request not to be reappointed to the Civil Service Commission upon the
expiration of my current term. I was pleased to work with commissioners Dan White and Betty Takos. I
enjoyed working with the City Clerk and his staff whom I found to be professional and accommodating. I
intend to look for other ways to provide volunteer services to my community. Thankyou to the City
Council for allowing me to serve as a Commissioner. James G. Schilling
