MEMBERS PRESENT: Alan Vincent (chair), Pauline Maloney (vice -chair), Ron Tigges, Kevin
Stevens, Kathy McMullen.
MEMBERS ABSENT: Jennifer Tigges, Sr. Carol Hoverman.
OTHERS PRESENT: Craig Nowack, City of Dubuque
Vincent called the meeting to order at 4:01 p.m.
Acceptance of the Agenda
Upon a motion by Stevens, seconded by McMullen, the Agenda was accepted 5 - 0.
Approval of the Minutes of November 6, 2013
Upon a motion by Maloney, seconded by Stevens, the Minutes were approved 5 - 0.
Election of Officers
Upon a motion by Maloney, seconded by McMullen, Ron Tigges was elected Chair by a vote of 5 — 0.
Upon a motion by Maloney, seconded by McMullen, Kevin Stevens was elected Vice -Chair by a vote
of 5 — 0. RTigges then presided over the remainder of the meeting.
Public Input
There was no public input.
Mediacom Cable Report
No one from Mediacom was present to provide a report.
Cable TV Report
Nowack reported on three new productions that premiered in the first week of 2014 and listed projects
currently in production and those soon to be. He informed the Commission on some unfortunate loss
of data from a network drive. He also invited the Commission to attend the Cable TV Division budget
presentation before the City Council on Monday, February 10, 2014.

Upon a motion by Vincent, seconded by Stevens, the meeting was adjourned at 4:15 p.m.
