Present: Commissioners Dan White and Betty Takes
Also present: Randy Peck, Jonathan Brown, Dan Brown, Chris Miller, Randy Gehl
1. Approval of Minutes from meeting of January 30, 2014. Motion by Takes. Second by
White. Motion carried 2-0.
2. Set the date for an entrance examination for the position of Equipment Mechanic.
Motion by White to set the application deadline for March 21, 2014 at 5:00 p.m. with
a test date of April 1, 2014 at 6:00 p.m. Second by Takes. Motion carried 2-0.
3. Set the date for an entrance examination for the position of Maintenance Electrician.
Motion by White to set the application deadline for March 28, 2014 at 5:00 p.m. with
a test date of April 8, 2014 at 6:00 p.m. Second by Takes. Motion carried 2-0.
4. Set the date for an entrance examination for the position of Landfill Equipment
Operator. Motion by White to set the application deadline for April 25, 2014 at 5:00
p.m. with a test date of May 6, 2014 at 6:00 p.m. Second by Takes. Motion carried
2-0.
5. Set the date for an entrance examination for the position of Bee Branch Watershed
Project Communications Specialist. Motion by White authorizing Personnel Manager
Randy Peck to set the date for submission of applications and test date following
development of the exam. Second by Takes. Motion carried 2-0.
6. Set the date for promotional examinations for the positions of Assistant Fire Chief,
Captain, Lieutenant, Assistant Fire Marshall, EMS Supervisor and Fire Equipment
Operator. Motion by Takes to set the application deadline for March 19, 2014 at
5:00 p.m with test dates of April 22, 23, and 24, 2014 at 5:00 p.m. Second by White.
Motion carried 2-0.
7. Motion by White to adjourn at 2:23 p.m. Second by Takes. Motion carried 2-0.
