MEMBERS PRESENT: Ron Tigges (Chair), Kevin Stevens (Vice -Chair), Pauline Maloney,
Jennifer Tigges.
MEMBERS ABSENT: Alan Vincent, Sr. Carol Hoverman, Kathy McMullen
OTHERS PRESENT: Craig Nowack, City of Dubuque
RTigges called the meeting to order at 4 p.m.
Acceptance of the Agenda
Upon a motion by Stevens, seconded by Maloney, the Agenda was accepted 4 - 0.
Approval of the Minutes of January 8, 2014
Upon a motion by JTigges, seconded by Stevens, the Minutes were approved 4 - 0.
Public Input
There was no public input.
PEG Fund Recipients
Nowack noted that an additional report of programming produced in 2013 was received from Wahlert
High School.
Mediacom Cable Report
No one from Mediacom was present to provide a report. RTigges noted an e-mail received from
Mediacom about an outage caused by sun activity.
Cable TV Report
Nowack noted that the City's budget season will conclude with that night's public hearing to adopt the
FY2015 budget. He reported on recently completed programs and those now in the works, and
played the short video which comprised the Cable TV budget presentation before the City Council.
RTigges remarked on a feature of AppleTV which allows subscribers to certain pay TV services
(Mediacom not among them) which lets people stream ABC programming.

Upon a motion by Maloney, seconded by Stevens, the meeting was adjourned at 4:24 p.m.
