This is a claim in which the claimant states that during the Rosedale Avenue
Reconstruction Project, the contractor excavated dirt from in front of claimant's house,
allegedly causing claimant's house to shift.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the Iowa
Communities Assurance Pool.
