INTRODUCTION
The purpose of this memorandum is to recommend the annual renewal of the above
liquor license establishments and to highlight the calls for service related to incidences
of disturbances, crimes against person, crimes against property, and public morals
occurring at the business since the last liquor license renewal.
BACKGROUND
Regarding the listed establishments requesting a renewal of their liquor license, the
following is a summary of activity since their last renewal. The following key provides a
brief description of those calls for service displaying four areas of concern.

Since the last renewal date there were a total of 38 calls for service to the
establishment. Of these calls there were two disturbances, no crimes against persons,
five crimes against property, and no public morals calls. Additionally, there were no
individual alcohol violations and no alcohol violations against the business.

Since the last renewal date there were a total of 159 calls for service to the
establishment. Of these calls there were four disturbances, one crime against persons,
25 crimes against property, and 13 public morals calls. Additionally, there were nine
individual alcohol violations (nine subjects arrested for Public Intoxication) and no
alcohol violations against the business.

RECOMMENDATION
Based upon a review of the above businesses, we would recommend approval of their
annual liquor license for the businesses of Bunker Hill Golf Course, 2200 Bunker Hill
Road; Dubuque Greyhound Park and Casino, 1855 Greyhound Park Drive; Econo
Foods #471, 3355 JFK Circle; Isabella's at the Ryan House, 1375 Locust; National

Action requested is for City Council consideration to approve the liquor license renewal
