DISCUSSION On February 3 of this year the City Council had approved the purchase of a lot that was a remnant parcel from the IDOT purchase of right of way for the reconstruction of Highway 20 (Dodge Street) at the intersection with Bluff Street. Enclosed is a Patent deed for the parcels mentioned above as follows: Owner Legal Description State of Iowa Lot 1 of Pixler Place No. 2, in the City of Dubuque, Dubuque County, Iowa RECOMMENDATION The above property has already been purchased by the City, and the Patent should be accepted by the City Council. I would recommend adoption of the enclosed resolution accepting the deed.
