Kevin Pfohl called the meeting to order at 4:05 P.M.
The Board welcomed new member Ron Mueller.
Staff presented the Board members with a list of 32 persons whose licenses have expired.
After much discussion, it was determined that there was nothing the board could do and
that these licenses were expired.
Hammel made motion to notify these people that their license was gone and that if they
wished to have it reactivated, they must do the following prior to July 23, 2007, 5:00 P.M.:
1. They must reapply as for a new license.
2. The fee will be the same as for a new license.
3. They will need to appear before the electrical code board as for a new
license.
4. They will need to show proof that they attended an approved four hour code
class in 2006 or 2007.
Motion seconded by Uhlrich.
Vote was all in favor of motion.
New Business:
Staff presented Board with a copy of notice that will be sent to all license holders on March
20, 2007. Pfohl recommended the inclusion of the word "calendar" into the line "each
year." Board approved unanimously.
Announcements: Next meeting will be at 4:00 P.M. on Tuesday, March 27, 2007.
Motion to adjourn made by Schmidt. Seconded by Elaine Reiss. Vote was all in favor.
