Vehicle Damage
This is a claim in which the claimant alleges that as she was attempting to proceed
around a City of Dubuque refuse truck which had been stopped in the alley between
Central and White Streets, and 13th and 14th Streets, the truck moved forward, causing
claimant to swerve into a utility pole.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the Iowa
Communities Assurance Pool.
