to order at 4:00 pm.

Review and Certification of Minutes of 25 March 2014 Commission Meeting
Commissioner McDonell motioned to approve the minutes. Commissioner Baumhover seconded. All
others present in favor. Motion passed.
Correspondence/Public Input
None
Crime Reports
Commissioners were provided a copy of the crime reports. Cpl. Koch explained each category in
detail.
Old Business
Voluntary Compliance Agreement — Administrative Plan Changes
Commissioners were provided a copy of the Administrative Plan Draft on a Compact Disc and a paper
copy summarizing the major changes. Janet Walker pointed out some specific differences in the
current plan and new proposed plan. There was some discussion on the proposed changes pertaining to
Applicant Screening, Time Limitations and Local Preferences. Commissioners also received a copy of
the Memo with suggested changes from Iowa Legal Aid pertaining to Fair Housing and Eligibility.
Commissioner Baumhover motioned to approve the proposed changes to the Administrative Plan as
submitted. Commissioner McDonell seconded. Commissioners Fernandes and Woods voted yes.
Commissioners Eudaley and Holz voted no. Motion passed 4 to 2.

Information Sharing
Voluntary Compliance Agreement — Mandatory Training
Commissioners were reminded of the available training dates and to sign up as soon as possible if they
haven't already.

There being no further business to come before the Commission, the meeting adjourned at 5:05 pm.
