Through the competitive quotation process for public improvements, the 2014 Access
Ramp Installation Project -Phase I was awarded on June 6, 2014, to Midwest Concrete,
Inc., in the amount of $46,243.88.
City Engineer Gus Psihoyos recommends that the award for the 2014 Access Ramp
Installation Project -Phase I be officially recorded in the minutes of the City Council.
I concur with the recommendation and respectfully request Mayor and City Council
approval.
