Property Damage
This is a claim in which the claimant alleges that the basement of her residence located
at 3106 Brunswick sustained water damage due to a water main break on O'Neill Street
which occurred on March 7, 2007.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the Iowa
Communities Assurance Pool.
