SUBJECT: Tabling Voluntary Annexation Request of Tri-State Development LLC
A request has been received from Tri-State Development LLC to table their request for
voluntary annexation of 1.19 acres of property at 12653 Seippel Road, which had been
scheduled for public hearing at the City Council's May 7, 2007 meeting.
Planning Services Manager Laura Carstens recommends that the City Council table the
voluntary annexation request of Tri-State Development LLC until further notice from the
applicant.
I concur with the recommendation and respectfully request Mayor and City Council
approval.

RE: Tabling Voluntary Annexation Request of Tri-State Development LLC
This memo transmits a request from Tri-State Development LLC to table their request
for voluntary annexation of 1.19 acres of property at 12653 Seippel Road, in
conjunction with rezoning the property to CS Commercial Service and Wholesale
District. The rezoning request has been tabled to the May 2, 2007 meeting of the
Zoning Advisory Commission.
A public hearing on the voluntary annexation request of Tri-State Development LLC
had been set for the City Council's May 7, 2007 meeting. I recommend that the City
Council table this request until further notice from the applicant.
