RE: Sisters of Charity of the Blessed Virgin Mary
Application for Rezoning of Mount Carmel property
Dear Mayor Buol,
You will recall that our application for rezoning of our Mount Carmel property from R-
1 to a PUD was tabled at our request on June 16, 2014. As a courtesy, I wanted to
let you know that it will be several months before we will be able to re -present the
proposal to the Zoning Advisory commission.
At present, we are reviewing our PUD application to see where we might make
changes related to issues raised by the Zoning Advisory commission and city staff.
Summer schedules and the need to discuss the best way forward with members of
our congregation necessitate more time.
We anticipate re -presenting our application to the Zoning Advisory commission in
the Fall of 2014.
Sincerely,515 • 11
