BACKGROUND The entrance road for the new terminal will be known as Aviation Drive. However, in orderfor Dubuque County to formally recognize and assign the name Aviation Drive a plat needs to be approved and filed with the County. DISCUSSION City Council is asked to approve the plat of city property so that Dubuque County will formally name the new airport entrance road Aviation Drive. RECOMMENDATION City Council is asked to approve the plat of city property which includes Aviation Drive so Dubuque County will formally recognize and name the entrance road Aviation Drive. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DUBUQUE, IOWA: Section 1. That the plat dated the 27th day of January, 2014, prepared by WHKS relative to the real estate hereinabove described be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and.
