The relocated portion of Merlin Lane is now on City property. The plat for the relocated Merlin Lane needs approval from the City Council. Airport Manager Bob Grierson recommends City Council approval of the plat of City property that includes the relocated Merlin Lane. This requires Merlin Lane to be relocated from Dubuque County property to City of Dubuque property. BACKGROUND A portion of Merlin Lane, a county road, had to be relocated in order to create the new airport entrance road (Aviation Drive). The relocated portion of Merlin Lane is now on City property. The plat for the relocated Merlin Lane needs approval from the City Council. DISCUSSION City Council is asked to approve the plat of City property which includes the relocated Merlin Lane. RECOMMENDATION City Council is asked to approve the plat of City property which includes the relocated Merlin Lane.
