Alan & Margaret Jones 04/11/07 03/12/07 Vehicle Damage
This is a claim in which the claimant alleges that as he was stopped in his vehicle at the
intersection of West 17th & West Locust Streets, his vision was blocked by parked
vehicles. As he attempted to cross the intersection, he observed an approaching
vehicle and had to abruptly stop and was rear-ended by a City vehicle.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the Iowa
Communities Assurance Pool.
