Dear Mayor Duggan and Dubuque City Council:,
John and Tina Perry hereby request that the City of Dubuque vacate Burlington, alley and Stolz Street abutting our
lots that are in our ownership. We would like to develop this area a house site (see attachment #1 and #2). In
December I spoke to Ron Turner at city hall and both of the abutting homeowners, in which they all approved of
the vacating. (see attached #3 and #4)
Thank you for taking the time to look into our request of vacating this area We look forward to your response and
to starting our project with you.
