RE: Withdrawal of Voluntary Annexation Request of Tri-State Development LLC
This memo transmits a request from Tri-State Development LLC to withdraw their
application for voluntary annexation of 1.19 acres of property at 12653 Seippel Road, in
conjunction with rezoning the property to CS Commercial Service and Wholesale
District. The rezoning request was withdrawn at the May 2, 2007 meeting of the Zoning
Advisory Commission.
A public hearing on the voluntary annexation request of Tri-State Development LLC
had been tabled at the applicant's request until further notice from the applicant.
I recommend that the City Council accept the request from Tri-State Development LLC
to withdraw their application for voluntary annexation.
