The City Council met in special session at 4:30 p.m. on Monday, August 25, 2014 in
Room 4 at the Grand River Center, 500 Bell Street.
Present: Mayor Iuol, Council Members Braig, Connors, Jones, Lynch, Resnick,
Sutton, City Manager Va. n Milligen, City Attorney Lindahl
Also present: Assistant City Managers Steinhauser and Goodmann, Assistant City
Attorneys Brumwell and Quann.
Mayor Buol read the call and stated this is a special session of the City Council to
conduct the annual City Council Goal Setting.
