This is a claim in which the claimant alleges that. after exiting her vehicle on May 21,
2007 in front of 1635 White Street, she was walking from the curb to the sidewalk and
stepped into a hole that was covered by grass, twisting her right ankle.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the Iowa
Communities Assurance Pool.
