This is a claim in which the claimant alleges that on May 22, 2007, her vehicle which
was parked in front of 710 Fenelon Place was struck by a City of Dubuque fire truck.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the Iowa
Communities Assurance Pool.
