2% Royalty, Repayment amount $187,500

conditions of your company's participation in this financial assistance award program.
This award was made with the Board of Directors knowledge that local community match is not
present. The EVA program does not require local community match but does require a letter of
endorsement from an approved business accelerator or other approved business development
organization, which in this project was provided by the Northeast Iowa Business Accelerator.
