This is a claim in which the claimant alleges that on June 6, 2007, City personnel
improperly marked a water main locate near 375 Dorgan Place, causing claimant to
perform additional street repair.
According to the report of Bob Green, Water Department Manager, staff did incorrectly
mark this site for water utility.
It is therefore the recommendation of Bob Green to approve this claim for the claimed
amount of 777.50. The City Attorney's Office concurs with this recommendation.
