Program with the continued efforts of revitalization in the Washington Neighborhood and
throughout the City of Dubuque by performing the following Programs:
Total Rehabilitation:
3 properties@$125,000=$375,000 total contract.
Accessibility Program:
The HEART Program will perform accessibility rehab on five (5) residential units, 5
units@$5,000=$25,000 total contract.
The Critical Home Repair Program:
The HEART Program will perform critical home repairs of five (5) residential. 5
units@$5,000=$25,000 total contract.
Deconstruction:
The HEART Program will deconstruct four (4) properties as assigned by Housing. The
deconstruction will be conducted per code. 4 properties@$15,000=$60,000 total
contract.
Contract for services: $10,000 per year for three years = $30,000
Zoning requirements, Comprehensive Plan, Building permits, Inspections, Housing and
Community Developments requirements.
Total of all contracts to HEART is $515,000.
This is a performance based contract so therefore fees paid to Four Mounds/HEART
may vary based on units produced and availability of funds.
