Present: Commissioners Dan White, Betty Takes,
Also present: Randy Peck, Steve Fehsal, John Klosterman, and Candace Eudaley
1. Approval of Minutes from meeting of July 28, 2014. Motion by Takes to approve as submitted.
Second by White. Motion carried 2-0.
2. Schedule an entrance exam for the position of Parking System Technician. Motion by White to set
as recommended. Second by Takes. Testing for this position will take place on October 21, 2014
with an application deadline of October 10, 2014 at 5 p.m. Commissioner Takes to proctor.
Motion carried 2-0.
3. Establish the passing score for the position of Bus Operator. Testing for this position took place
on August 19, 2014. Motion by Takes, Second by White to set a passing score of 47 (73.4%) and
above correct answers and certify the list for Bus Operator as read for two years. Motion carried
2-0.
4. Establish the passing score for the position of Horticulturist. Testing for this positon took place on
August 26, 2014. Motion by Takes, Second by White to set a passing score of 77 (65.8%) and
above correct answers and certify the list for Horticulturist as read for two years. Motion carried 2-
0.
5. Establish the passing score for the position of Lead Mechanic. Testing for this position took place
on August 27, 2014. Motion by Takes, Second by White to set a passing score of 91 (70.5%) and
above correct answers and certify the list for Lead Mechanic as read for two years. Motion carried
2-0.
6. Motion by White to adjourn at 1:50 p.m. Second by Takes. Motion carried 2-0.
