Van Milligen City Manager FROM: Kim Wadding Police Chief RE: Liquor License Renewal for the following: • Airport Inn, 574 East 16th Street • Basket Expressions, 474 Bluff Street • Tri State Golf, 1095 Cedar Cross Road • Walnut Tap Tavern, 709 University Avenue INTRODUCTION The purpose of this memorandum is to recommend the annual renewal of the above liquor license establishments and to highlight the calls for service related to incidences of disturbances, crimes against persons, crimes against property, and public morals occurring at the business since the last liquor license renewal. BACKGROUND Regarding the listed establishments, the following is a summary of activity since their last renewal. The following key provides a brief description of those calls for service displaying four areas of concern. Of these, there were no disturbances, no crimes against persons, no crimes against property, and no public moral violations. Additionally, there were no individual alcohol violations and no business alcohol violations. BASKET EXPRESSIONS (474 BLUFF ST) Since the last renewal date, there were no calls for service to the business. Additionally, there were no individual alcohol violations and no business alcohol violations. TRI-STATE GOLF (1095 CEDAR CROSS ROAD) Since the last renewal date, there were four calls for service to the business. Of these, there were two disturbances, no crimes against persons, no crimes against property, and no public moral violation. Additionally, there were no individual alcohol violations and no business alcohol violations.
