Re: Bricktown and the hearing now scheduled for July 18, 2007
On behalf of Bricktown and its agents and representatives, we request a
postponement of the above-described hearing. We have received short notice and will
not have adequate time to prepare.
Further, there have been what we believe to be meaningful discussions with
representatives of the City of Dubuque which we are hopeful will lead to a settlement,
thus making the hearing unnecessary. Any time constraints are waived.
