Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program contract by extending the contract end date.
This amendment is in response to your request dated October 17, 2014.
The contract by and between the Iowa Economic Development Authority("Department or IEDA") and !
Dubuque ("Recipient")is amended as of the date of this letter as follows:
AMEND CONTRACT END DATE to March 31, 2015.
Except as otherwise revised above, the terms, provisions, and conditions of the Contract remain
unchanged and are in full force and effect.

SUBJECT: Extension for Phase II WMA Grant -- Contract Number 08-DRIFWP-203
Dear Mr. Geerts,
The City of Dubuque respectfully requests an extension of Contract Number 08-
DRIFWP-203 for Phase II of the Watershed Management Authority (WMA) grant. The
Phase II WMA grant is for creation of the Catfish Creek Watershed Management Plan.
The contract deadline currently is December 31 , 2014. The City of Dubuque and the
Catfish Creek Watershed Management Authority (CCWMA) believe a contract
extension to March 31 , 2015 is necessary to provide sufficient time for community
engagement and stakeholder input on the draft Plan. The City and the CCWMA are
committed to ensuring that all interested parties — urban, rural, and agricultural —
throughout the watershed are given ample opportunity for input on the draft Plan.
