to order at 4:00 pm.

Review and Certification of Minutes of 24 June 2014 Commission Meetin
Commissioner McDonell motioned to approve the minutes. Commissioner Baur-Hover seconded,
Commissioner Eubanks was not present at the time of voting. All others present in favor. Motion
passed.
Coarresoondence/Public Input
Vice-Chairperson R.R.S Stewart from-the Human Rights Commission provided commissioners with a
draft copy of the Proposed Amendment to Dubuque Municipal Code Title 8 —Human Rights, Chapter
5 Fair Housing Laws and Lawful Source of Income Protections,
Crime Reports
Commissioners were provided a copy of the crime reports.

SEMAP-Section 8 Management Assessment Plan Deport for FY2014
Commissioners received a copy of the SEMAP report. Comnxissioner Eudaley motioned to approve
the SEMAP report. Vice Chairperson Schwendinger seconded, All others present in favor. Motioned
passed.

HUD's Board Training Content: YouTube Channel
Commissioners were provided information regarding online Board Training webeasts.
Community Development Block Grant Survey
Commissioners were provided a copy of the Community Development Block Grant Survey and were
encouraged to fill it out on paper or online and to provide it to any friends and/or fancily members.
RentWise Program
Commissioners were provided information regarding the RentWise Program.
