PRESENT: Ron Mueller, Bob Schmidt, Paul Uhlrich.
ABSENT: Jim Dixon, Dan Hamel, Kevin Pfohl, and Elaine Reiss.
STAFF: Steve Neyens.
MEDIA: None
OTHERS: Jeremiah J. Kress Richard Biechler Robert Wirzbach.
Paul Uhlrich called the meeting to order at 4:05 P.M.
Ron Mueller moved to dispense with the reading of the minutes of the previous meeting and to
accept them as typed. Bob Schmidt seconded.
Vote was unanimous in favor of motion.
The board than interviewed the following applicants for reissue of their licenses and the results
are as follows:
Richard Biechler, Robert Wirzbach.
Bob Schmidt moved to approve and reissue the original licenses for these two persons.
Ron Mueller seconded.
Motion passed unanimously.
The board reviewed the application of the following applicant:
Jeremiah J. Kress.
Ron Mueller moved to accept the application under the condition that the applicant provides, in
a timely manner, the paperwork from Thompson Prometric (Experior) of St. Paul, Mn. that
shows his test scores. Bob Schmidt seconded.
Vote was unanimous in favor of motion.
The board than interviewed the following applicant and results are as follows:
Jeremiah J. Kress.
Bob Schmidt moved to approve and issue a new license under the condition that the applicant
provides, in a timely manner, the paperwork from Thompson Prometric of St. Paul, Mn. that
shows his test scores. Ron Mueller seconded.
Motion passed unanimously.
Correspondence report from Staff:
Neyens made the board aware that Mike Marling had brought in his reapplication for this
meeting shortly before this meeting but was misinformed that he did not need to come to the
meeting. The board reviewed Mr. Marlings application. Bob Schmidt moved to approve and
reissue the original license for this person. Ron Mueller seconded.
Motion passed unanimously.
Neyens made the board aware that Eric Munson had sent in his renewal form last December
2006 but did not have the education requirement completed at that time. In a phone call in
late February 2007 Neyens told Mr. Munson he would hold the paperwork and the $75.00
check waiting for the ceu form to arrive. There was a phone call to his shop in April or May but
he was out of town. The request for the information was given to the person in the office. No
education cert. as ever arrived. The board members discussed if there was action to be
taken, seeing none, the chairperson instructed the secretary to return the materials to Mr.
Munson with a letter.
Neyens made the board aware that there was still a long list of persons who did not renew
their various electrical licenses, and they are now all closed out and gone.
