RESOLUTION NO. 409-07
ESTABLISHING THE COMPENSATION OF THE CITY ATTORNEY
Whereas, the City Council appoints the City Attorney; and
Whereas, the City Council from time to time establishes the compensation
of the City Attorney.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF DUBUQUE, IOWA:
Section 1. The base salary of the City Attorney is hereby established,
effective July 1, 2007, at $130,000. The base salary of the City Attorney shall be
adjusted effective July 1, 2007 by the same percentage as for all other non-
bargaining unit employees.
Section 2. The base salary of the City Attorney shall also be adjusted July
1St of each succeeding year, by the same percentage as for all other non-
bargaining unit employees.
Section 3. The City Attorney shall be entitled to longevity pay as for all
other non-bargaining unit City employees.
