City Manager advising that the special City Council meeting to approve the issuance of
not to exceed $25,000,000 Urban Renewal Tax Increment Revenue Bonds and the Port
of Dubuque Public Parking Ramp bid award has been changed to Wednesday, August
22, 2007 at 5:00 p.m. in the Library Auditorium.
