INTRODUCTION
The purpose of this memorandum is to recommend the annual renewal of the above
liquor license businesses and to highlight the calls for service related to incidences of
disturbances, crimes against persons, crimes against property, and public morals
occurring at the business since the last liquor license renewal.
BACKGROUND
Regarding the listed establishments, the following is a summary of activity since their
last renewal. The following key provides a brief description of those calls for service
displaying four areas of concern.

DISCUSSION
CLARKE COLLEGE (1550 CLARKE DRIVE)
Since the last renewal date there were no calls to this business related to the sale or
distribution of alcohol. Additionally there were no individual alcohol violations and no
alcohol violations against the business.
CLARK OF DUBUQUE (700 RHOMBERG AVENUE)
Since the last renewal there were 12 calls for service to the business. Of these calls,
there were no disturbances, no crimes against person, no crimes against property, and
no public moral violations. Additionally there were no individual alcohol violations and no
alcohol violations against the business.
COURTSIDE SPORTS BAR & GRILL (2095 HOLLIDAY DRIVE)
Since the last renewal date there were seven calls for service to the business. Of these
calls, there were no disturbances, one crime against persons, three crimes against
property, and no public morals violations. Additionally, there were no individual alcohol
violations and no alcohol violations against the business.

RECOMMENDATION
Based upon a review of the above businesses, we would recommend approval of the
annual liquor license for Clarke College, 1550 Clarke Drive; Clark of Dubuque, 700
Rhomberg Avenue; Courtside Sports Bar & Grill, 2095 Holliday drive; Family Mart
Incorporation, 3201 Central Avenue; Kwik Stop Food Mart, 2255 Kerper Boulevard; Los
Aztecas Mexican Restaurant, 2700 Dodge Street; The Mandolin Inn, 199 Loras
Boulevard; Oky Doky #6, 1256 Iowa Street and Rudy's Tacos-Dubuque, 4029
