Absent: Mayor Duggan,
Council Member Robbins
Council Member Michalski
read the call and stated this is
a special session of the City
Council called for the purpose
of discussing the acceptance__
of a donation of certain real
estate in Dubuque County,
Iowa from Wayne A. Briggs
and Tracey L. Briggs.
City Manager recommending
acceptance of a deed to
certain real estate in Dubuque
County, Iowa from Wayne A.
and Tracey L. Briggs upon
motion received and filed._
Nicholson moved adoption of
Resolution No. 563-01 Ac-
cepting the deed to certain
real estate in Dubuque
County, Iowa from Wayne A.
Briggs and Tracey L. Briggs;
and further moved that this be
subject to approval of legal
documents by Corporation
Counsel. Seconded by Cline. _
Motion carried 5-0.
There being no further busi-
ness, upon motion meeting
adjourned at 5:10 p.m.
