MEMBERS PRESENT: Ron Tigges (Chair), Jennifer Tigges, Alan Vincent, Pauline Maloney.
MEMBERS ABSENT: Sr. Carol Hoverman (Vice-Chair), Kathy McMullen. One seat is vacant.
OTHERS PRESENT: Craig Nowack, City of Dubuque
Jim Barefoot, Mediacom
RTigges called the meeting to order at 4:05 p.m.
Acceptance of the Agenda
Upon a motion by Maloney, seconded by Vincent, the Agenda was accepted 4 - 0.
Approval of the Minutes of September 3, 2014
Upon a motion by Vincent, seconded by JTigges, the Minutes were approved 4 - 0.
Public Input
There was no public input.
PEG Channel Consolidation Project
Nowack provided an update on this project which is mostly complete. He noted that the a/v wiring at
the Municipal Services Center and Fire Training Facility is still pending.
Mediacom Cable Report
Barefoot discussed equipment needs at the public access studio, including new cameras, lights, an
editing computer, and a UPS unit that he is considering submitting a funding request for. RTigges
asked for a usage report on the various facilities.
Cable TV Report
Nowack discussed recently completed productions and those now planned. He showed a brief
preview of this year's special program entitled 'The River in Real Time" which will premiere at 1 p.m.
on Christmas Day.
City Hall Annex TV Control Room Tour
Nowack provided a brief tour of the new equipment, including the digital router, in the TV Control
Room.

Upon a motion by Vincent, seconded by Maloney, the meeting was adjourned at 4:54 p.m.
