1 . Approval of Minutes from meeting of November 12, 2014. Motion by Takes to approve as
submitted. Second by White. Motion carried 2-0.
2. Schedule the date for an appeal hearing for Ryan Clark. Motion by Takes to set the hearing date
for December 5, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. with an alternate date of December 15, 2014 at 2:00 p.m.
Email correspondence was sent to Attorney Stephen Juergens regarding the above listed dates
for the appeal hearing. Second by White. Motion carried 2-0.
3. Motion by White to adjourn at 2:11 p.m. Second by Takes. Motion carried 2-0.
