1 . Hearing on the Appeal of Tom Reed.
Swearing in of witnesses: Rich Russell, Tom Reed
Opening statements were given by Attorney Quann and Tom Reed.
The Commission heard testimony regarding the appeal of Tom Reed.
Following testimony, Takes moved to suspend the hearing until December 15, 2014 at 1 p.m.
due to insufficient documentation and witnesses. Second by Neuhaus. Motion carried 3-0.
Motion by White to adjourn at 1 :12 p.m. Second by Takes. Motion carried 3-0.
