Dave Wilson called the meeting to order at 4:04 P.M.
No previous meeting.
Agenda Item: Discuss the adoption of the 2014 NEC. It was decided to adopt the 2014
NEC in accordance to what the state of Iowa did. Motion passed 3-0.

New Business: Discussed mechanical contractors doing electrical work and lack of penalties.
